License Physical Therapist

Job Duties Act as physical therapy consultant.
Assess and evaluate client's condition to develop a physical therapy treatment plan based upon physician's request.
Review client's treatment goals, treatment, and medical history.
Perform and interpret standard muscle, nerve, joint and functional ability tests.
Administer appropriate physical therapy treatments when indicated.
Prepare documentation of assessment, evaluation, delivery of treatment services and patient progress for the client's medical record.
Consult with client's treatment team as needed.
Be supervised by RPC's Director of Medicine.
Must must be flexible in scheduling to be available to meet the needs of the patients within the RPC.
Also, in various out-patient clinics as needed / approved by the Medical Director.
Hours may fluctuate and are subject to a two (2) hour minimum charge per site visit.
Must be able to provide coverage in the event primary physical therapists are unavailable due to illness, vacation, etc.
Preferred Qualifications Current New York State licensed physical therapist.
Must possess, all qualifications, licenses, and permits to perform physical therapy services; must engage in the business of physical therapy consultant services that may be required within the jurisdiction (state & local) where the specified service is to be performed, comply with all state and local regulations governing physical therapy consultant services.
Must have at least four (4) years satisfactory experience in providing physical therapy consultant services to mentally ill clients who may be directly post-operative.
(Due to the nature of their mental illness, many rehabilitation centers will not accept our clients for treatment.
) Hours:
Monday - Friday, day shift; hours may fluctuate.
Pay rate range commensurate on experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
