Laser Technician:
Summary:
Performs all the duties of a Maintenance Technician with the ability to diagnose and repair machine tools and laser systems.
Installs and replaces electrical equipment, components, and appliances, while following safe working procedures and 5s methodology.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but not limited to:
Lifetime learner Advanced Electronic and Mechanical Problem Solving Utilizes electrical and mechanical knowledge to maintain, repair and implement machinery improvements across all departments.
Mechanically inclined, organized, prompt and adheres to safety procedures Experience interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair high voltage electrical equipment Experience in three phase electric and machine tool installation Understanding of physical principles of photonics and optics Experience in laser beam alignments, 5 axis machine tools set up and machining Experience in machine tool repair (motors, drives, etc.
) Experience operating manual/CNC machine tools (mill, lathe, grinder) Technician/Maintenance Objectives:
Maximize Operating Availability (OA) at an asset's known capabilities.
Through to utilization of preventative maintenance schedules and innovative repairs Apply learning from problem solving to other equipment or process.
Observe and Identify issues, create an action plan, and implement plans to improve plant productivity Technician/Maintenance Principles Prioritization of tasks that will lead to essential to Chromalloy's success Continuous Improvement Workmanship and Pride Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Pay Details:
$110,000.
00 to $130,000.
