About the Role:
Seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious, performance-driven E-commerce Specialist to join our brand.
As the E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the account health and case log for the company.
Initially, this role will be responsible for the product management and customer service representative for the Amazon Seller and Vendor Central accounts.
Roles:
Set up new products on Seller and Vendor Central Coordinate new and ongoing PPC/advertising campaigns ensuring the highest ROAS.
Ensure each item is displayed and listed for maximum visibility and efficiency.
Open amazon cases through vendor and seller central and seek prompt resolutions Maintain an active catalog of company items.
Publish effective online content including product titles, descriptions, images, Keywords, Bullet Points, Promotional Content, and pricing.
Fill out and submit NIS templates.
Track ratings, comments, and answer questions about products.
Qualifications:
1
year experience with Amazon.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Works well in close collaboration with cross-functional teams (global and in-market).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Ability to pivot and adjust priorities to execute business needs and projects.
Excellent at project management and meeting deadlines.
Analytical & data-driven mindset.
