66 an hour SIGN ON BONUS Job Duties Job Coaches provide oversight, guidance and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in employment settings.
Job Coaches help people with developmental disabilities find and maintain meaningful and enjoyable employment.
Job Coaches help identify their clients' job-related strengths and weaknesses, offer job readiness training in the specific skills required for job proficiency.
Job Coached support individuals in developing positive relationships with co-workers.
In some cases, Job Coaches may be required to transport clients to and from the workplace or provide travel training as needed.
Job Coaches also need to perform administrative duties, such as providing documentation of services and maintaining client case files.
Skills Must be able to work with people with developmental disabilities in a respectful manner.
Must be able to perform personal care tasks as needed.
Must have a driver's license and drive safely while maintaining a good driving record.
Must have patience and be willing to teach new skills.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
