Nurse Manager Inpatient Oncology - Now Hiring

A leading acute care hospital located in southeastern New York is now searching for an experienced Nurse Manager Inpatient Oncology to join their award-winning healthcare team.
This established acute care facility was founded over one hundred years ago and today houses nearly 400 licensed beds and offers a wide variety of medical and surgical services.
This state-of-the-art medical center provides a number of patient care services including behavioral health, oncology services, cardiopulmonary and vascular services, emergency and critical care, radiology services, maternity and pediatric care, wound and home care, and much more.
Reporting to the Director of Nursing, the Nurse Manager will lead all clinical and administrative functions of the 31-bed inpatient Medical Oncology unit.
The Nurse Manager is supported by a team of 40
direct reports and oversees professional development activities, performance evaluations, regulatory compliance, inventory and supply management, and department fiscal budget.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited Nursing Program BSN Registered Nurse RN license in the state of New York or ability to obtain Prior nursing leadership experience in a medical oncology setting This hospital is located in a suburb of New York City and is currently referred to as one of the best places to live in New York.

$50 per hour.
