We have several locations across the US and are looking for new Associates to join our team!
The Associate Director of Operations is responsible for all of the company‚ s technical infrastructure including computer equipment, telephony, networks and other technology. This leader and his/her team will manage the company‚ s assets in a way that is highly
reliable, secure, process based, metrics driven, and proactive (so that issues are avoided). Technology plays a critical role across the business so this function must be customer service oriented in working with both internal and external constituents. Vendors
play a critical role in this area so the Associate Director of Operations must be able to effectively manage vendors in a mutually beneficial partnership. The person in this position can be located at company headquarters in Orangeburg, New York. Minimal travel
will be required.
  • Direct day-to-day infrastructure operations relate to computers, data center, telephony, network and other technology
  • Leverage technical architecture strategy to meet corporate growth and other strategic priorities (capacity planning)
  • Manage Active Directory, IaaS & SaaS applications
  • Manage security for company‚ s technology and facilities
  • Manage technology vendors
  • Other miscellaneous technology related tasks
  • Will serve as Security Officer
  • Produce metrics and reporting to manage technology infrastructure function
  • Evaluate new vendors and solutions for the company
  • Provide support to the Data Analytics & Reporting Team
  • Manage the IBM/ERP Team
  • Support opening of new facilities
  • Participate in meetings as appropriate
  • Attend staff meetings and applicable training
  • Complete special projects
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including networking, applications and programming.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications systems.
  • At least 10 years‚ experience in the Infrastructure function of an Information Technology organization; a minimum of 5 years‚ hands-on experience.
  • Experience industry security related issues and regulations
  • Experience managing others (employees or vendors).
  • Experience supporting cloud based applications and infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated track record managing through defined processes and metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions.
  • Ability to communicate both with detailed technical resources (staff and vendor)
  • Willingness to lead, take charge, and offer opinions and direction

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
