Store Manager

Clarins Group, a fast growing leading beauty company, family owned, top 5 worldwide company in skincare category, number 1 skincare company in Europe, accelerating in North America, fast growing in Asia, is looking for a Store Manager for our Factory Store in Livermore, CA.  The role: You will be responsible for the effective and efficient operations of a million dollar Clarins boutique, while maintaining the Company's professional and luxury image. You will also have responsibility for the development of all staff and the achievement of targets. This is a great opportunity with strong growth potential within a growing division of the company.   What you'll do: You will ensure that targeted sales performance is achieved and that consistently high quality of service is given to all customers, the Store Manager will maintain the following:  You will manage the efficient and effective operation of the store through:  o Development, monitoring and achievement of all sales targets per month/quarter/year.  o Monitoring incentive targets.  o Analyzing the business on a monthly basis and providing such analysis to management.  o Continuously researching competitor activity.   You will demonstrate the highest level of service at all times. o Ensure that all Clarins Staff conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.  o The store facilities are kept in a clean and hygienic condition at all times.  o Stock and equipment levels are sufficient to support our business objectives at all times.  o Retail stock levels are maintained at their optimal level.   Lead by example to constantly coach and develop the team as well as demonstrate leadership qualities in all situations  o To represent the outlet boutique as a showcase location to visiting global executives.  o To be a part of the training team responsible for new store openings.  o Coordination of staff schedule and "leave" requests to ensure optimal staff levels at all times.  o Motivate and develop team members through: o Regular assessments - to identify strengths and areas for improvement o Regular training o Regular team operation meetings Delegation of responsibilities to the team members as part of an individual development   You are:  o Curious, with the desire to constantly learn.  o Highly-driven, self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment.   o A relationship builder and collaborative   o Analytical and have strong problem-solving skills.  o Good at communicating both verbally and in written form.  o Able to interface with different levels of management.  o Able to organize and prioritize workload while managing to deadlines.  o Multilingual a plus (English, Spanish, Mandarin)   You have:  o 6 or more years of prestige, luxury boutique management and/or Duty Free/Travel Retail experience.  o A bachelor's degree or comparable experience.   We have:  o Standout brands: Clarins, Mugler and Azzaro Fragrances  o Distinctive, high-quality products and services  o A longstanding commitment to social, economic and ecological initiatives  o Growth opportunities o Learning and development o An attractive compensation and benefits package  2974

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
